Staff organisation
wellNet uses two sign-ins. The Apple ID in iPhone Settings is for Photos, Messages, and Mail — not the clinic diary. The wellNet login chooses which therapist you are. Client data is only ever stored on the practice device.

The practice phone
One phone is the practice phone. It holds clients, notes, pictures, the till, and every visit. That file stays on the device. L5 does not keep a copy. A JSON backup on that phone remains yours. Other phones do not share the book through iCloud.

Staff phones, Start of Day
Everyone else uses their own iPhone or iPad and their own Apple ID. Start of Day, on clinic Wi-Fi with wellNet open on the practice phone, brings that therapist’s bookings for the working day. End of Day sends notes, pictures, and payments back, then removes client details from the staff phone. Client email and telephone stay on the practice phone. Signing in as an administrator on a staff phone does not show the full diary.

Reception Mac (optional)
wellNetMind is not required to book, take payment, or keep notes. If you turn the hub on, Backup to Hub sends a copy of the diary to that Mac on clinic Wi-Fi. Stripe pre-payment, when it ships, also requires wellNetMind. The practice phone remains the book of record.
